Importing Assets
How to bring video content into your Radical Tempo brand workspace.
Radical Tempo supports several methods for importing video assets into your brand.
Direct upload
From Assets → Upload or import, drag and drop a video file or click to browse. Supported formats include MP4, MOV, MKV, and WebM.
Import from URL
Provide a public video URL. Radical Tempo will download and process the video automatically. YouTube and Vimeo links are supported.
Cloud storage
Connect a cloud storage provider once, then import directly from it:
- Go to Connect and connect Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage.
- From Assets → Upload or import, choose your connected storage.
- Browse and select the videos you want to import.
Radical Tempo will transfer the files and begin processing them immediately.
What happens after import
Once a video is imported, Radical Tempo will:
- Generate a transcript using AI speech-to-text
- Extract tags and suggested captions
- Create thumbnail candidates
- Make the asset available for publishing
Processing typically takes 1–5 minutes depending on video length.
